Our key objective is to be readily available to answer questions from either a user or a highly skilled technical member of the customer's IT team and resolve any problems.
Acting as first and "single" point of contact for our customers, the HelpDesk is divided into two separate functions. The Call Management group manages all requests, answering and directing user queries through to solution whilst the Technical Support group provides 2nd and 3rd line support and is available to offer high-end technical support to trained IT technicians. By working closely together, both operationally and physically, these teams ensure the highest level of technical excellence in the shortest possible time frame.
